PEPC Site Licensees own and operate a remote printing site. PEPC site licensees are networked into PEPC's technology infrastructure. This allows the licensees to receive the latest edition of national and international newspapers continuously (24/7/365) through satellite transmission. State-of-the-art digital printing equipment guarantees full speed and reliable production of any newspaper. PEPC can track

and verify the exact number of copies, by title, being printed by each licensee. The PEPC Site Licensee agrees to take a minimum daily quantity of newspapers, for which it pays PEPC a fixed per-copy royalty. The site licensee has an incentive to exceed the minimum quota through revenue sharing arrangements. PEPC's license partners incur their own printing and distribution charges. Tailored solutions PEPC offers two types of Site License Programs: 1. PEPC Wholesaler Site License The Wholesaler Site License is designed for independent newspaper wholesalers who presently distribute full editions of foreign newspapers to retail outlets, hotels and conferences/events. 2. PEPC Corporate Site License The Corporate Site License is targeted for international corporations with large internal print capacity. The corporation agrees to print a minimum daily quantity of newspapers for internal distribution to its executives.
