PEPC adds two African newspapers to its list of globally available newspapers
With the addition of The Financial Gazette from Zimbabwe and Die Burger from South Africa, PEPC currently offers four African newspapers on its global network of International Newspaper KiOSKS*. The Financial Gazette, established in 1969, is a leading business and political weekly newspaper, widely quoted by the international media because of its authoritative news reports.
Die Burger is one of the three African-language dailies in South Africa. Die Burgers’ main focus is the Western and Eastern Cape of South Africa. Die Burger, first published in 1915, is an important opinion former and enjoys increasing support, as confirmed by its growing circulation figures and advertising revenues. The cooperation with PEPC fits perfectly in the ambition of Die Burger’s publisher, Naspers, to create a personal reference world of information and entertainment, available no matter where readers are.
