Network Foundation Year Starts With Dignity Social Plans
The network of Dignity Foundation will continue this year to develop social programs to benefit the most deprived in the country and with the collaboration of public and private institutions.
The president of the foundation, engineer Mario Holguin provided information during a lunch hosted by the entity to some 250 poor families living on the banks of the Ozama River.
The activity was held at Club wallet located in the eastern province of Santo Domingo.
The engineer Holguin said that the activities will be scheduled this month since January, including medical days, tree-planting and restoration of the Ozama river basin, considered the fourth most important river of our country, but more due to high pollution waste discharges into the water.
The owner said the foundation’s educational programs that promote environmental preservation as well as food distribution, free legal support to people with legal problems; sustainable program against Dengue, including spraying, among other plans.
