Chief Executive Officer

Raoul Maphar is one of the founding members of PEPC Worldwide.
As from late 1999 Mr. Maphar has focused full time on the development of the business concept and later the foundation of PEPC Worldwide.
Prior to the foundation of PEPC Worldwide Mr. Maphar worked as a Marketing and Communication Consultant for Winkelman & van Hessen in the Netherlands. At Winkelman & van Hessen he focused on developing marketing, product positioning, business plans and growth strategies for startup technology companies.

Raoul Maphar is a graduate at the Erasmus University in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, with a law degree and a specialization in Business Law.

Mr. Maphar has a strong understanding of Internet technologies, electronic commerce and marketing and communication strategies.
