Chief Financial Officer

Eugène Dekker (July 19th 1964) was appointed as CFO of PEPC Worldwide directory in December 2002. He obtained his masters degree in Dutch Civil Law at the University of Leiden, and studied Corporate Finance at the Amsterdam Institute of Finance (INSEAD). Subsequently he graduated as a Register Valuator at the RSM Erasmus University in Rotterdam.


From 1992 until December 2002 Mr. Dekker worked at the Belgian KBC Bank N.V. where started as an international management trainee. From 1997 onwards, in his capacity of Director Corporate Clients, he was responsible for the set up and expansion of the division which was responsible for the global relationship management of Dutch multinationals. He executed numerous transactions related to acquisitions, management buy outs and (near) equity financing. After being promoted to the position of Director Corporate Banking Mr. Dekker was responsible for four divisions with an operating profit of 15 mln EUR. Furthermore he advised companies in creating and increasing shareholders’ value. At the same time as a member of the Management Team Mr. Dekker was responsible for the annual budgets of the Corporate Banking Division.
