Chief Financial Officer

Niels Reijers (41) is a legal and fiscal lawyer. He obtained his master in Civil law in 1988 at the University of Utrecht. In 1989 Niels obtained his master in Fiscal Law at the University of Amsterdam. After graduation he worked as a tax lawyer at KPMG Meijburg & Co Amsterdam for 10 years. In 1999 Niels left KPMG and became partner of a specialist private equity advisor, where he was responsible for developing the venture capital department. At this firm Niels also acted as in-house legal and fiscal advisor regarding structured finance transactions. Niels has an extensive network in, and knowledge of, the venture capital “world”.

During 2001 he was appointed as CFO for PEPC Worldwide NV.
