Chief Operating Officer – PEPC Worldwide
Steve Mannen ( July 27th 1959 ) was directly involved in the development of the company PEPC from the very beginning in 1998. In addition to his electronics training background, he brings to PEPC an extensive experience and knowledge in the field of business and project management, industrial production and international business.
From 1977 until 1985 Mr. Mannen was active as music producer and managing director of the European division of an American independent record company. In 1985 he founded his own company: International Business Consultants (IBC). As CEO of IBC he was directly involved in the development of various technology based export management, industrial production, (inter)national partner search and joint-venture projects.
From 1990 until 2001, Mr. Mannen, was determined to exclusively focus on projects that could contribute to the rehabilitation of the deplorable economic and social climate of the Republic of Suriname, his country of birth. His efforts resulted in the development of a master economic recovery plan published in 1992 as “A New View On A Favorable Economy For Suriname”, which describes a specific business structure for international joint ventures focusing on infrastructural projects, the exploitation of natural resources like oil, gold, timber and bamboo.
As of May 2001, Mr. Mannen has been fully devoted to the product development and operations of the PEPC group of companies.

Chief Executive Officer
Rob Dorpmans ( May 1st 1957 ) joined PEPC in October 2002. After graduating in Business Administration in 1980 (Nijenrode, Business School, The Netherlands) Mr. Dorpmans held various sales positions at Burroughs Computers/Unisys Computers. In 1987 Mr. Dorpmans became Marketing & Sales Director of the Media Information Group offering products and services to the publishing and printing industry. Subsequently, Mr. Dorpmans became responsible for the financial market at Stratus Computers.
In 1994 Mr. Dorpmans was hired by Banyan Systems to build the Benelux sales organization. Being promoted to the position of country manager for North West Europe, Mr. Dorpmans was responsible for overall activities in the Benelux, the UK, France and Spain. The last two years Mr. Dorpmans taught Management & organization and Strategic Marketing Management at two educational institutes in The Netherlands.
